Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

HR Bamboos, on behalf of an established company specializing in financial and administrative software solutions, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision, oversee technical, product, and software analysis teams, and align technology solutions with business goals. The role will play a key part in developing scalable and reliable software solutions, ensuring technical quality, and driving innovation for products used by government organizations, municipalities, and private-sector businesses.

• Lead and mentor technical, product, and software analysis teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive technical architecture, ensuring the design of scalable, stable, and maintainable systems.
• Oversee the evaluation of new product releases and conduct code reviews to ensure software quality and adherence to development best practices.
• Implement and continuously improve best practices across software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the company’s platforms and software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology decisions and initiatives with the company’s strategic business objectives.
• Lead technical processes related to the development and delivery of software solutions for enterprise customers.
• Manage customer relationships and lead technical discussions and negotiations across software projects and solutions.

• At least 4 years of experience in roles such as CTO, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or similar positions, with proven team leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and working closely with Product and Software Analysis teams.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on experience with Entity Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design and management principles.
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Strong team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex technical environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with customers and diverse stakeholders.
• A structured and disciplined approach, with a strong commitment to software development quality standards.
