CFO

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company operating in the international trade sector for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). We’re looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations in a dynamic international business environment. This role combines strategic financial leadership, risk management, and operational oversight to strengthen financial performance, optimize cash flow, and support sustainable business growth across international trading activities.

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and international trade operations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash-flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning, ensuring sufficient funding for ongoing trading activities.
• Manage financial operations related to international trade, including foreign currency transactions, import and export payments, and trade finance instruments.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial information.
• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure, credit risk, liquidity risk, and trade-related financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, accounting standards, and international trade regulations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the finance team, improving financial processes, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.

• 10+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, with significant experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of international trade finance, including import and export transactions, foreign currency operations, and trade finance instruments.
• Demonstrated expertise in working capital management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience, with proven skills in managing and developing finance teams and collaborating effectively with senior management.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with skills in translating financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
