Senior Graphic Designer

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company operating in the FinTech industry. We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to strengthen the brand’s visual identity and communicate its products through engaging, effective design.

• Design visual assets for social media, digital advertising campaigns, websites, and other communication channels.
• Create marketing and promotional materials, including banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and product or service visuals.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Translate marketing and content briefs into creative design solutions that align with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to plan and deliver design projects.
• Adapt and optimize creative assets for different platforms, formats, and technical specifications.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all design outputs.
• Stay up to date with graphic design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and experience using it in real design workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in AI-powered design and visual content creation tools, particularly Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney, and the ability to apply them to creative ideation and design workflows.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design, marketing materials, and brand identity.
• Solid understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with design requirements for social media, digital advertising, and print materials.
• Familiarity with global graphic design trends
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to increase output with AI while maintaining quality
