HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a growing company in the FMCG industry for an HR Data Analyst. We are looking for an analytical professional who can identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing HR data and leverage AI tools to optimize HR processes and increase efficiency.

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data, translating findings into actionable reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Design and develop analytical dashboards and reports to monitor HR KPIs.
• Identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, employee performance, retention, and productivity.
• Identify repetitive processes and opportunities to leverage AI to improve the efficiency of HR functions.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve AI Agents tailored to different HR functions and business needs.
• Develop Generative AI solutions to automate tasks and improve access to HR information and services.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify business needs, implement solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Ensure data quality, maintain the confidentiality of employee information, and assess the accuracy of analytical outputs and AI tools.

• Relevant experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, with strong data analysis, interpretation, and management reporting skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of key HR concepts and metrics and their application in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and their application to HR challenges.
• Experience designing and developing AI Agents to automate or improve various HR processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience identifying improvement opportunities and translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• High attention to detail and effective communication skills, particularly when working with non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience designing and implementing AI Agents using relevant tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Data Modeling concepts.
• Experience working with APIs, workflow automation tools, and integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working in the FMCG industry or in organizations with large and complex HR functions.
• Understanding of Data Governance, data security, and the responsible use of AI.
