Logistics Planning and Operations Manager

HR Bamboos is hiring a Logistics Planning and Operations Manager on behalf of a reputable and active company in the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this role is to lead all physical supply chain processes, including warehousing, distribution, fleet management, and cold chain control. We are seeking a capable manager who, through precise planning, can ensure pharmaceutical products reach customers with the highest quality, optimized costs, and on schedule.

• Plan, control, and direct operational activities at the central warehouse and provincial distribution centers.
• Manage and optimize product dispatch processes, direct capillary distribution, and intercity transportation.
• Standardize and integrate procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in compliance with quality requirements.
• Plan for preventive maintenance (PM) of the transportation fleet, warehouse equipment, and cold rooms.
• Prepare the annual logistics budget and strictly control operational costs to prevent resource waste.
• Design and execute improvement projects and expand warehouse capacity in collaboration with other departments.
• Continuously monitor compliance with safety principles (HSE) to prevent occupational accidents and protect goods.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial or supervisory role in logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Supply Chain Logistics.
• Full mastery of modern warehousing principles, product traceability, and pharmaceutical storage standards (GDP, GSP, and FEFO).
• Deep understanding of transportation equipment and the essential requirements for cold room and cold chain management.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, operational planning, and cost control.
• Practical knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles and ISO standards.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience with transportation vendors.

• Specialized work experience in direct distribution (capillary distribution) or pharmaceutical logistics.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for warehouse and logistics management.
• Completion of specialized courses in crisis management or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
