Operations Excellence Director

HR Bamboos is seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Excellence Director. We are looking for a professional who will lead and integrate operations excellence strategies, oversee market research, and implement business intelligence systems to develop data-driven decision-making infrastructures and continuously improve organizational processes.

• Formulate and lead Operations Excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Direct market research and generate business insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate commercial performance and monitor Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
• Design an integrated management reporting system and develop Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
• Establish and lead Data Governance to ensure information integrity.
• Guide the development of digital systems and solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage the project portfolio, allocate resources, and track organizational transformation programs.
• Identify bottlenecks and execute process improvement projects to enhance productivity.
• Provide analytical consulting and decision-making scenarios to senior management.
• Manage the budget, contracts, and vendors of the Operations Excellence unit.
• Lead, evaluate, and develop the Operations Excellence team while fostering cross-functional alignment.
• Plan and provide scientific support for specialized events and congresses.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations excellence, strategy, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing management, strategic planning, and market research.
• Strong capability in P&L management, sales forecasting, and business planning.
• Experience in portfolio and brand management.
• Excellent skills in strategic leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in people development and coaching.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in executive presentations.
• Proven ability to drive change management within the organization.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Information Technology.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market (Pharmaceutical Market Knowledge).
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
