About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the telecommunications sector. We're looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to manage IT purchasing, vendors and contracts efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of IT hardware, software and services
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international vendors.
- Own purchase orders, contracts and renewals
- Track costs, budgets and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Coordinate with IT and finance teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in IT procurement or purchasing
- Good understanding of IT products and services
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
- Attention to detail and cost awareness
- Organized and process-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Nice to have
- Experience with procurement/ERP systems
- Telecom industry experience
- English proficiency
