About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a reputable trading company specializing in industrial solutions and factory equipment. We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead market development, key account management, and sales growth across industrial markets, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas and the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across MENA
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through new business development and strategic account management
- Develop long-term relationships with EPC contractors, industrial end-users, distributors, and key decision-makers
- Sell industrial solutions, factory equipment, and engineered products based on customer requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and close high-value contracts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with technical, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Provide sales reports, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience within industrial environments
- Proven experience selling industrial solutions, factory equipment, or engineered products
- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development across MENA markets
- Strong sales experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Solid understanding of industrial procurement, project-based sales, and technical and commercial negotiations
- Experience managing relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and key stakeholders
- Strong business development, negotiation, and key account management skills
- Strong strategic sales planning and commercial opportunity identification skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally across the MENA region
- Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- An established network across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors in the MENA region
- Technical or engineering background related to industrial or mechanical equipment
