Senior Technical Product Manager

HR Bamboos is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager on behalf of a growing company in the FinTech sector. We are looking for a technically strong product leader who can take ownership of complex product initiatives, from identifying customer and business needs to defining scalable solutions, driving execution, and measuring outcomes.

• Define and evolve the Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap in alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from Discovery and Problem Definition through Delivery, Launch, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize product opportunities and problems using data, user feedback, business objectives, and technical considerations.
• Translate complex business and user needs into clear and actionable Product Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Specifications.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to drive product development and maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Participate in solution design and evaluate technical trade-offs, architectural constraints, scalability, performance, and maintainability, including APIs, integrations, and supporting services.
• Balance Business Value, User Experience, Technical Feasibility, and Time-to-Market when making product decisions.
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity around scope, priorities, and team objectives.
• Define and monitor Product Metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, using product and user data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and complexities across product initiatives and ensure relevant Security, Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements are considered throughout product development.
• Act as a key product decision-maker in complex situations, driving structured analysis, prioritization, and continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and business and technical considerations.

• 5+ years of professional Product Management experience, including significant experience in Senior Product Manager or Technical Product Manager roles.
• Proven experience building and managing complex, scalable digital products, preferably within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmapping, Prioritization, and Product Delivery.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working closely with Engineering teams.
• Solid technical knowledge of Software Architecture, Backend Systems, APIs, Microservices, Databases, and System Integrations, with strong skills in evaluating technical solutions and trade-offs.
• Strong product skills in translating complex business and user needs into clear and actionable Product Requirements and Specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Product Analytics, KPIs, User Research, and Experimentation, with strong skills in translating insights into product decisions.
• Proven experience managing Product Roadmaps and Backlogs in complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Security, Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements within financial products.
• Strong decision-making skills, with proven experience managing competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong product execution skills, with experience driving complex initiatives independently, managing dependencies, and delivering measurable outcomes.
