Senior Product Manager

HR Bamboos, on behalf of a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Product Delivery and work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and key stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end Product Delivery lifecycle from scope definition and planning through release and post-launch monitoring.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define, evaluate, and align product requirements with customer needs and business goals.
• Translate product requirements and objectives into clear execution plans in collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Acceptance Criteria definition in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and move product initiatives forward in complex environments.
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints, business objectives, and delivery timelines when making product decisions.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and trade-offs.
• Drive product releases and ensure alignment with functional, non-functional, and business requirements.
• Contribute to Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve Product Development and Delivery processes.
• Monitor Product Metrics and KPIs and use performance insights to inform product iterations and roadmap planning.
• Partner with Product Leadership to prioritize the roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and strategic priorities.
• Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, KPIs, risks, and overall product delivery health.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record in end-to-end product delivery across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong Product Prioritization skill with a focus on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skill and communication across Engineering, Business, Design, and Senior Leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Product Development and strong knowledge of Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or ClickUp.
• Strong Analytical Thinking skill for using product metrics and KPIs in decision-making and prioritization.
• Strong technical proficiency with a solid understanding of product architecture, APIs, system integrations, and software development processes.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery risks.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial products.
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms or large-scale B2B products.
• Experience working with regulated products or environments, particularly within financial services.
