About the role
HRBamboos is hiring on behalf of a forward-thinking fintech company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product delivery and work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional squads. The role owns execution from scope definition through launch and post-release performance tracking, ensuring that high-quality fintech solutions are delivered on time and aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, shape, and challenge product requests based on customer needs, business value, and strategic alignment.
- Translate product requirements into executable delivery plans with Engineering, Design, Business, and QA teams.
- Own and maintain the product delivery lifecycle from scope definition to post-release performance tracking.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria in line with roadmap priorities.
- Gather requirements, align goals, and maintain clear communication across internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize initiatives and features by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Proactively identify and manage inter-team dependencies, delivery risks, blockers, and trade-offs.
- Ensure high-quality releases meet functional, non-functional, and business requirements.
- Support agile ceremonies including standups, retrospectives, and demos, and advocate continuous improvement.
- Track product outcomes and create feedback loops for future iterations and roadmap planning.
- Support Product Leadership in roadmap prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and timelines.
- Monitor and report delivery metrics, KPIs, project status, and delivery health indicators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering products or features on time and with high quality in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or ClickUp.
- Experience managing prioritization and trade-offs across user experience, performance, and business goals.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
