Your Impact

As a B2B Gold Trading Manager, you will lead the company’s B2B gold trading and sourcing operations, ensuring reliable access to gold supply, competitive pricing strategies, and strong partnerships with key players across the gold ecosystem, including suppliers, refineries, and institutional buyers.

  • You will be responsible for managing the end‑ to‑ end B2B gold trading cycle—from sourcing and supplier engagement to negotiation, contracting, and relationship management.
  • You will work closely with internal teams such as finance, compliance, and operations to ensure that trading activities are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • You will play a key role in establishing and overseeing policies, and operational processes for B2B gold trading, ensuring that acquiring new clients and scaling trading activities are keep going while maintaining profitability.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading sourcing initiatives including the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of gold suppliers, refineries, and B2B trading partners.
  • Negotiating trading contracts, pricing mechanisms, and commercial agreements with suppliers and institutional buyers to achieve optimal commercial terms.
  • Managing relationships with partners across the gold and precious metals supply chain to ensure reliability, quality, and long‑term collaboration.
  • Monitoring gold market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply conditions to identify trading opportunities and potential risks.
  • Ensuring trading activities comply with internal policies, financial controls, and relevant regulations related to precious metals trading.
  • Collaborating with finance, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to support effective and seamless trading operations.
  • Evaluating partner performance and continuously improving sourcing strategies and trading processes.
