Your Impact

As a Commercial Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy within a dynamic international trading environment.

  • You will lead and coordinate both the procurement team and the commercial team, ensuring their effective collaboration to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic partnerships. You will ensure alignment between commercial strategy, operational execution, and overall business objectives across all markets and business units.
  • You will also contribute to identifying new business opportunities, improving commercial performance, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners.

You will achieve this by developing effective commercial strategies, strengthening customer relationships, improving sales performance, and ensuring strong coordination between commercial activities and overall company objectives.


Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to support business growth.
  • Strengthening relationships with strategic clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership to align commercial initiatives with overall company strategy.
  • Establishing clear performance targets and monitoring commercial performance through data-driven insights.
  • Supporting the development and expansion of new products, services, or market segments.
  • Ensuring effective coordination between commercial, operational, and support teams.


What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably within competitive international trading environments.
  • Strong background in procurement and commercial operations, with proven exposure to business activities involving China, India, and European markets.
  • Solid understanding of OFAC rules and international trade compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Incoterms (2020) and full command of international trade delivery terms across global markets.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Experience in leading procurement, commercial, supply chain and logistics teams and managing complex operational workflows.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or Medical Consumables companies is considered an advantage.


Must Have

  • Proven commercial leadership across CIS and MENA markets with strong OFAC compliance expertise.
