Your Impact
As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the organization’s technology strategy while ensuring reliable and secure IT operations that support business growth.
- You will define and implement the organization’s IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
- You will oversee ERP systems, ensuring their effective implementation, optimization, and alignment with operational needs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems.
- Leading the Business Intelligence (BI) and analysis teams to design and implement data driven solutions.
- Collaborating with the software development team working with .NET and C# technologies and contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Managing IT projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies to improve processes and increase organizational productivity.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- Proven experience in senior IT management or similar leadership roles with a focus on both strategy and operations.
- Strong experience managing and optimizing ERP systems.
- Expertise in software analysis and leading Business Intelligence (BI) teams.
- Advanced proficiency in the .NET ecosystem and C# programming.
- Proven skills to build, lead, and develop high performing technical teams.
- Up to date knowledge of modern IT technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong project management, detail‑oriented mindset, and problem‑solving skills.
Must Have
- Advanced knowledge of .NET, C#, ERP systems, Business Intelligence solutions, and enterprise IT operations.
