Your Impact
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence of the company’s inventory and distribution processes within the apparel industry.
- You will oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure that all warehouse activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- You will work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, sales, and operations teams to optimize workflows, reduce operational delays, and support the company’s overall supply chain performance.
- Your leadership will contribute directly to increasing operational efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and driving continuous improvement within warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
- Ensuring accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinating outbound shipments with logistics and transportation partners.
- Monitoring stock levels, storage conditions, and warehouse layout optimization.
- Implementing safety protocols, compliance procedures, and operational best practices.
- Training, guiding, and motivating warehouse personnel.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
- Overseeing warehouse documentation, reports, and system entries.
- Collaborating with procurement, sales, and operations teams for inventory planning.
- Ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods.
What You Bring

- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience managing warehouse teams.
- Solid understanding of warehouse systems, inventory processes, and safety standards.
- Experienced in working with warehouse management software, especially the Rahkaran system.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse practices or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
