Your Impact

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead the full strategic, operational, and commercial direction of a large, multi-disciplinary holding with diverse business units and growth-oriented portfolios across multiple sectors.

  • You will guide multi-company operations, shape long‑ term investments, and drive the transformation, innovation, and competitive positioning of the group across domestic and international markets.
  • You will identify high-value opportunities, build strategic partnerships, commercialize key technologies, and ensure cohesive portfolio alignment across diverse subsidiaries.
  • You will serve as the primary representative of the holding to governmental bodies, regulators, financial institutions, investors, national oil companies, and international partners—ensuring transparency, strong governance, and sustained value creation.

You will achieve this by strengthening cross-company synergy, developing high‑impact initiatives, and ensuring consistent operational and financial excellence across all subsidiaries.


Key responsibilities include

  • Leading the holding’s overall strategic agenda and providing day‑ to‑ day executive oversight within the governance framework defined by the Board.
  • Overseeing operational, financial, and investment performance across all subsidiaries to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Managing portfolio strategy, including capital allocation, asset prioritization, and optimization of a diversified multi‑company investment platform.
  • Directing major projects and transactions, from feasibility assessment and financial structuring to bidding, negotiation, and contract execution with key partners.
  • Ensuring robust financial management through budgeting, cost optimization, liquidity oversight, and the strengthening of internal controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • Setting performance objectives and KPIs for subsidiaries, monitoring results, and driving cross‑company alignment and synergy.
  • Supervising CEOs and senior executives of subsidiary companies and ensuring organizational structures, processes, and capabilities support strategic goals.
  • Expanding the group’s presence in target markets and managing strategic relationships with government entities, investors, financial institutions, and other critical stakeholders.
  • Ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, while overseeing risk management and overall organizational resilience.
  • Presenting clear, data‑driven operational, financial, and strategic updates to the Board and providing strong, visible executive leadership across the group.


What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • Proven senior-level leadership experience in a major holding, energy conglomerate, or large-scale oil, gas, LNG, petrochemical, or industrial organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-company portfolios, major investments, and strategic energy projects.
  • Strong background in upstream E&P, exploration, drilling, reservoir management, and field development.
  • Demonstrated skill in securing and executing contracts under IPC, EPDF, BOO, and similar frameworks.
  • Practical expertise in project financing, engagement with financial institutions, and designing financial structures for large-scale projects.
  • Experience steering multi-unit or multi-company organizational structures toward aligned strategic objectives.
  • Solid track record in developing partnerships, joint ventures, and international commercial collaborations.
  • Strong corporate governance experience, including reporting to Boards, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level negotiation skills.


Must Have

  • Extensive experience in energy-sector executive leadership and upstream E&P operations.
