Your Impact
As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead the company’s technology vision and drive innovation that supports sustainable business growth. You will guide engineering teams, ensure high quality software development standards, and align technological initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
- You will lead and mentor the software development team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- You will oversee the evaluation of new product versions and review development code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- You will work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that technology solutions effectively support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and guiding the software engineering and technical teams.
- Evaluating new product releases and reviewing developers’ code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Defining technical architecture and ensuring scalable, maintainable system design.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
- Implementing best practices in software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensuring the stability, performance, and security of company technology platforms.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Solid experience with Entity Framework, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.

- Advanced expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC architecture, SQL, and software design patterns.
