Your Impact
As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and commercial growth across the company’s core business lines.
- You will lead the end‑ to‑ end operating model of the organization — spanning procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory, pricing execution, and sales — ensuring that operations are tightly aligned with commercial objectives and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include
- Leading the company’s full operational and commercial execution across procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, pricing, and sales activities.
- Taking full accountability for daily operational performance and business unit P&L.
- Overseeing procurement and sourcing strategies to secure reliable supply and competitive purchasing conditions.
- Managing supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, cost control, and operational continuity.
- Maintaining strict oversight of inventory levels, warehousing operations, and stock turnover.
- Ensuring disciplined pricing execution and margin management across all commercial activities.
- Coordinating closely with sales teams to drive revenue generation while maintaining profitability targets.
- Establishing clear operational KPIs and performance tracking mechanisms across departments.
- Strengthening coordination between operations, commercial teams, and finance to maintain operational transparency and financial control.
- Leading and mentoring operational leadership teams to ensure accountability, execution discipline, and high performance across the organization.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles in the commodity trading, agriculture, or distribution sectors.
- Strong hands‑ on experience across procurement, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Proven leadership in sales execution, pricing strategy, and margin management within operationally intensive businesses.
- Direct ownership of business unit or company‑ level P&L, with a strong commercial focus on margins, turnover, and cash performance.
- Strong operational leadership skills with a practical, execution‑ driven management approach.
- Demonstrated skills in leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex operational environments.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, high‑pressure business environments requiring rapid decision‑ making.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
