As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data‑ driven financial insights, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to support the organization’s planning and decision‑ making.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, and analyzing financial numbers to bring actionable insights to management.
- Consolidating and analyzing financial data—including budgets, income statements, and forecasts—in line with company goals and financial standing.
- Providing FP&A finance support related to business performance, planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Tracking and determining financial status by analyzing actual results against forecasts.
- Identifying and understanding business challenges as per management requests, and providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Developing financial models, conducting benchmarking, and performing process analysis.
- Conducting business studies on past, future, and comparative performance, and developing forecast models.
- Analyzing budgets submitted by other business units, asking valid questions, and justifying the budget to the business.
- Assisting in consolidation of the budget and forecast for the group, and presenting overall financial numbers to management.
- Driving process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and cross‑ functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Identifying trends, advising the company, and recommending actions to finance management based on sound analysis, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assisting in trading capital allocation, shareholder capital investments, and working capital tracking.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant or CFA Level 1 / Level 2 qualification.
- Proven expertise in creating financial reports and metrics that directly support business decision-making.
- Hands‑ on experience with financial forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Practical expertise in consolidating budgets, performing variance analysis, and supporting rolling forecast processes.
- Demonstrated business acumen with hands-on experience translating financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in SAP (FI/Treasury), ERP/CTRM platforms, BI solutions.
- Hands‑ on experience in monthly book close and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement and quality‑driven approach.
- Familiarity with SQL and BI would be considered as a plus.
Must Have
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
