- Enhancing employer branding strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Supporting leadership teams with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Improving HR procedures and implementing best‑practice people management frameworks.
- Designing and driving high-impact performance management frameworks to foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and excellence.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in senior HR roles, preferably within financial services industries.
- Hands‑on expertise in recruitment, training & development, and employer branding.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, employment regulations, and workforce management principles.
- Experience with HR software systems and data‑driven HR decision‑making.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
